I’m excited to co-host this Eros temple with the glorious tantrika, Shanti. Babalon is the Red Goddess, who represents the re-unification of the Mother and Whore falsely divided so long ago, with so many dire consequences. Her essence is the decommissioning of judgements about what is “high” and “low” sexuality. This temple is an introduction to sex magick — recognising the power in the deep trance state that Eros leads us into.

Sex Magick, let’s get right to the essence — is the art of transmuting your kink into power — power to super-charge your intentions and power to re-birth a healthy, free and ecstatic culture. It’s also a fine way to add some funky creativity to your play. In this workshop we’ll play, first with ourselves, then each other, then culminating in a spontaneous and outrageous mystical theatre.

Using the power of kundalini tantra, chaos magick, breathwork, dance, visualisation and embodied imagination we dive deep into the space between waking and sleep in the spirit of exploration and illumination.

A simple shibari rope harness combined with sexy partner dancing allows us to explore the juicy energies of Dom/sub in a playful and sensual way.

Here, we'll engage in a series of activities — drawing from Baol’s Theatre of the Oppressed — to unveil our feral selves before co-creating an impromptu ritual to resurrect the spirit of humanity which refuses to be subjugated.

To create safety for ourselves and others in sexual temples, group touch spaces — and indeed the rest of life — we need a firm grounding in our body and its signals and we need the embodied skills to understand and communicate this. This workshop teaches these skills and gives us practice through playful and impactul games.

You are captured by a couple of sexy nymphs and taken to a dark clearing in the forest. You are ritually washed, tied to a tree and primed with their erotically alluring yet maddening way. The more we know this self – in our bones – the more free we are from the stories that hide in its shadows and the more free and deeply authentic we can live life in every moment.
